Please note that in order to place mutual bets through TJK Mobil, users need to be registered members of TJK Mobil. Only individuals who have been issued an identification number by the Turkish Republic Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs and are 18 years of age or older can become members and use the app. Foreigners who have not been issued an identification number and individuals under the age of 18 will not be able to use the app, even if they install it.
