This free application allows users, known as TippyTalkers, to create messages using pictorial prompts tailored to their preferences. Family members or caregivers, referred to as Managers, can customize the app with illustrations representing the TippyTalker's favorite things, facilitating a more personal and effective communication experience. The app also features a text-to-speech (TTS) option, enabling messages to be read aloud, which enhances interaction in social settings.

The app operates in two modes: TIPPYTALK COMMUNITY for Managers and invited friends or family, and TIPPYTALKER for the individuals using the app. Users can easily create sentences by selecting illustrations, allowing them to send messages to their community. Community Members can respond with text, video, or audio, fostering two-way communication.
