By default, you can only play on “Random” and “Daily Challenge.” “Inventions,” and other categories are only unlocked if you purchase them with real-world currency, reach the required play day streaks, or get stars.

Guess the correct answer

In Timeswipe, a trivia along with an image and year will be presented onscreen. Trivia questions range from when the steam engine was invented to when the “Starry Night” was painted. At the bottom of the screen, you have two buttons: “Before” and “After.” 

Swiping the former means that an invention or event occurred before the given year, whereas swiping the latter means that it happened after said year. Don’t make mistakes, though, because the game is over if you lose all three hearts. You’ll also find your win percentage, best streak, and other stats.
