The Timeline URL for DevTools is a Chrome extension that allows you to generate a shareable URL of a live navigable timeline of your DevTools sessions. The extension provides you with a tool that is built on top of DevTools and makes it much easier to create shareable links to your session histories.

Once you are ready, all you have to do is select a session and then click on the "Generate Timeline URL" button in the right-click menu of the selected session. This will save the timeline to the local disk as a WLT file and then copy it to a shared location of your choice (for example, Dropbox). Next, you need to select the "Upload to Server" option and then paste the generated URL into the provided field. Finally, you can hit the "Go" button, and you are ready to go.

You can open the generated URL in the browser, and you will have the whole history of your DevTools sessions in a matter of seconds.
