Tieni il Conto is a free application designed for users of the service to conveniently create and manage invoices on the go. Users can generate quotes, transport documents, and view data related to both active and passive cycles, ensuring up-to-date information from anywhere. By logging in with Tieni il Conto credentials or biometric recognition, users gain immediate access to the main control panel. The app allows users to receive alerts on potential anomalies, monitor the status of active documents sent to clients, track passive documents received from suppliers, create and send new invoices, draft new documents for later refinement and sending, as well as view, print, email, and share both passive and active invoices.

Tieni il Conto app offers functionalities such as biometric recognition access, configurable alerts for relevant document situations, filtered document viewing, updating and sending of active invoices to Digital Hub, downloading passive invoices from Digital Hub, and viewing and sharing generated XML invoices and received invoices.
