This Mod makes it possible to talk to everyone at any time, from any town or castle. Simply go to any town or castle, and click "Thee come'th to thy righteous leader." A menu will come up with every clan leader that is not from a bandit faction. The description is as follows:

Simply click any of those an you will be entered to a conversation with them right away.
