This Mum Runs is a free Android app that offers a simple and easy-to-follow walk/run program for women. Unlike other programs, it is based on minutes of movement rather than pace or distance, making it ideal for beginners. The program consists of 24 coached sessions, each lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, and is designed to support women in moving more during these challenging times.

The app is user-friendly and provides guided running sessions, integrated with HealthKit, which allows for all exercise data to be available in your Health app. You can start wherever you feel comfortable, and repeat sessions if necessary, with the support of TMR founder Mel Bound, who encourages you, gives supportive tips, and lets you know when to run and when to walk.

This Mum Runs is not only a great program to follow alone but also with your kids, making it a perfect addition to their daily PE routine.
