The Rising of the Shield Hero RPG was created in collaboration with anime artist Aneko Yusagi. In this RPG, you will play the role of Naofumi, a shield hero who specializes in defense.

In this RPG, you will relive the world of the anime and take on the role of the anime’s main character, Naofumi. Relive the events of the anime through the world of Melromarc!

The story starts off when Naofumi awakens in a strange place. His memory is all but lost, so the only thing he remembers is that he has been called "Shield Hero" and that his enemies are called the “Rising.” Naofumi will now have to uncover his past, which involves fighting off his enemies and earning the help of a new group of friends!

Gameplay

There are various systems in this RPG that will have you going on adventures in the world of the anime. This RPG will offer you a variety of skills to acquire and abilities to utilize.

In order to acquire these abilities and skills, you will need to increase your "Reputation Points" which will be used to unlock new abilities, skills, and items.

Your actions as a player will also affect the NPCs in the world of the anime, influencing how they will react to you.
