The MagPi app is a decent way to access and read up on the go, but it needs more tweaks and improvements. The app's overall performance is subpar. It crashes rather frequently, and navigating and using it is sluggish and unresponsive at times. Also, there's no native tablet support, so it ends up using a smartphone UI for bigger screens instead.

Needs further optimization

The MagPi mobile app is the official way for users to read and catch up on the latest news in the world of the Raspberry Pi. The actual experience is less than ideal, though. Performance needs a lot of work, and it has yet to introduce native support for bigger screens. You're better off looking elsewhere for now.
