The Long Journey Home is an action-packed game that takes players on a journey through an endlessly shifting universe. Developed by Daedalic Entertainment, it is now available on Nintendo Switch. The game is set in a living, procedurally generated universe that is inspired by both classic and modern Science Fiction. Players get to explore the universe, meet different aliens, and find different stories.

The game is centered around a misfit crew that finds itself trapped on the wrong side of the universe, injured and falling apart. Players must lead this crew back to Earth by making tough decisions that may change the universe forever. The game features a new open questing system that always leaves players in command. They can choose to deliver the stranded Glukkt to his homeworld or to their new slaver friends. Players can attempt to make allies with everyone or pin their hopes on the tougher races and hope they never turn on them. The game offers an exciting, immersive experience that is never the same twice.
