The Hilltop Funeral is an adventure game and a physics-based co-op platformer with dark humor, centered around a couple of pallbearers working for a funeral service who take on challenging jobs of transporting deceased clients to their final resting place. However, the path ahead is full of surprises and horrors.

Unfortunate pallbearers 

In The Hilltop Funeral, you and a friend take on a job as pallbearers for a funeral home, and you’re tasked with transporting coffins to their final resting place. The catch is that you must do so on foot while trying to coordinate your movements to avoid dropping your cargo.

Face a wild set of challenges, including forked paths and precarious bridges. You also have to deal with the creepy horrors, such as zombie hands pulling you under and flying skulls that throw you off-balance. On a side note, the game is still in Early Access.

Morbidly funny 

The Hilltop Funeral doesn’t take itself too seriously despite dealing with serious themes like death and loss. Instead, you fumble around trying to do your job of laying the deceased in the most peaceful and undisturbed manner as you can. It’s morbid and twisted, yet the dark humor works.
