This mod where you can locate all the mod textures for the characters of the Dragon Age game. It may contain all of the mods that have been made by the developer so far, with the exception of the skin tone & hair on some NPCs.

What you should do is to place the textures folder & the mor file into your game's override folder. Make sure that you do not have any other duplicate mor files, as they will conflict with my mod for those faces.
