This new keyboard is the result of a project that has been ongoing for many years, and in which SIL has collaborated with a number of organizations and individuals. This project aims to develop and maintain a keyboard that allows the user to type in the languages of the country of Cameroon, the most widely spoken language in Africa.

In addition, the keyboard allows the user to type in French and English, and it can also be used to send messages and make phone calls.
