The Banner Saga 2 is the sequel to the award-winning role-playing game of 2014. This second instalment follows the formula of the first, featuring hand-drawn animation, turn-based combat and a rich story, while improving the overall experience.

Players embark on a new quest after the events of the first, forming a party of semi-mythological characters inspired by Norse tradition. Each character has their own abilities and actions in battle, complimenting the rich story with well-developed personalities. Some of the best moments in the game are due to the gorgeous hand-drawn animations and world class music score which combine to build a world that feels real and dangerous. Outside of battle, the struggle continues with players tasked with maintaining supplies in their caravan.
