Testnet Wallet is a free and open-source Bitcoin wallet developed by Bitcoin Wallet developers. It is a de-centralized and peer-to-peer wallet that does not require any registration, web service, or cloud. This wallet supports Taproot, Segwit, and the new bech32m format for safety, and Tor via the separate Orbot app for privacy.

Users can display the Bitcoin amount in BTC, mBTC, and µBTC, and convert to and from national currencies within the app. Sending and receiving Bitcoin is also made easy with NFC, QR-codes, or Bitcoin URLs. Additionally, users can pay via Bluetooth even when offline. The app provides a system notification for received coins and an app widget for Bitcoin balance.

Sweeping of paper wallets, such as those used for cold storage, is also possible with Testnet Wallet. This version of the wallet is specifically designed for Testnet-Bitcoins, but users who want to try real payments can install the version available on Google Play.

Testnet Wallet is licensed under GPLv3 and its source code is available on GitHub. All translations are managed via Transifex.
