The more we learn about the operation of electric vehicles (EVs) and how to manage fleets of EVs, the more we realize that the biggest challenge is how to best make use of all of the information they collect and generate. With that in mind, we’ve created a tool that collects, stores, and manages EV data.

This app is called Tessie and it’s aimed at fleet managers, especially those who manage a fleet of EVs. What this tool does is capture and store data generated by the vehicle itself. We use cloud computing to take this data and make it available on our website. The more we collect, the better the predictions for how a vehicle will perform over time. The result is a tool that can help fleet managers save money and reduce emissions.
