The Terraria Overhaul - Gameplay & Cinematic Enhancements is a massive mod, which, instead of adding new content to the game, focuses on the gameplay mechanics and completely reworks existing ones.

It's the biggest overhaul to the game ever and, as the name implies, it remakes the gameplay of the entire game. 

The gameplay reworks include melee, ranged, and magic combat. It adds seasons, dodgerolls, block climbing, walljumps, wallrolls, atmospheric sounds, and footsteps. It even enhances player rendering. It makes trees fall like in Starbound, and it also improves the strength of the enemy AI.
