Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance: We are Legion is a single-player strategy game that invites players once again to the unending conflict between mankind and machines. It’s the first downloadable content of the Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance. Developed by Slitherine Ltd., it’s available on PC. 

In its original game, players take the role of a commander in the Founders, a group of US military who have a mission to fight the Legion’s plan of annihilating the last traces of humanity. In Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance: We are Legion, your role will be reversed as you’ll take charge of the Legion. 

Eradicate human existence in this real-time strategy game 

Just like its first game, Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance: We are Legion remains a real-time strategy game. The only difference between this DLC to the original one is that here, you’ll play as part of the Legion, not as a member of the Founders. In this DLC, the rivalry between humanity and machines continues, focusing more on the Legion’s mission of destroying the existence of humans. 

As a player, you must not leave any human settlements, capture human survivors, and not let them escape by blocking any escape routes they might use. Take note that every decision you make as part of the Legion shapes the destiny of mankind. During battles, you must make sure to aim your targets precisely and calculate every strike you launch so you can completely cut off the last hopes of humanity. 

Aside from the expanded story, this DLC also features an enhanced army management system. You can upgrade and modify your units, adjust your weapons, and improve your speed, accuracy, and fire rate. Players have a total of 12 modifications for their Legion tank and two new weapon variants. However, as the game focuses on real-time battles, it doesn’t offer a character development feature for players.

It expands the story of its original game, letting you control the Legion and fight humanity—the opposite of the gameplay in the first game. Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance: We are Legion also offers an upgraded battle system in addition to the expanded story wherein you’ll have 12 tank modifications and two new weapon variants that you can use.
