The Tengwar Transcriber is an app that can convert from English to Tengwar and back. It's free for all and you can use it on the phone, tablet, and computer.

The app allows users to select a word, phrase, sentence, or paragraph, and then enter the corresponding Roman letter. After the user has entered the information, they can select one of the four modes: English, Black Speech, Quenya, and Sindarin. They can also select one of the three fonts: Johan Winge's Tengwar Annatar, Dan Smith's Tengwar Sindarin, and Tengwar Quenya. The user can also add in a custom word or phrase.

After the user has finished entering information, they can send the results to a text file, email it to themselves, or print it out.
