If you have been affected by low vision, you can use this application in order to better understand the way you see and interact with the environment around you.

How does it work?

This application is based on a simulator of a visual impairment, which is used to teach people how to interact with the environment in a proper way. It is designed to be used in a specific way: you must wear Virtual Reality glasses and use the controller to move around the environment.

The Tengo Baja Visión - Simulator will simulate the visual impairment of a person who is 68 years old, has a vision of 20/40 and is suffering from the following symptoms:

Loss of visual field (blindness)

Loss of central vision

Loss of visual acuity

Patched vision

Night blindness

Photophobia

Reduced contrast sensitivity

The Tengo Baja Visión - Simulator is a free application that can be downloaded in Google Play. It is intended for use with Virtual Reality glasses.
