The app is designed to help users keep track of important dates, festivals, and events throughout the year. It includes information on festival lists, holiday lists, Panchang details, and Graham details. 

The app also provides users with daily Panchangm, helping them to know Hindu auspicious days like Amavasya, Pournami, Mahurats, Amavshya, Poornima, Rahukala, Shadi Muhurt, Rasipalan, Rashi, and Hijri. It also includes details on Hindu astrology, Dussehra navratri days importance, Vinayaka vratha kalpam, Telugu Ashtottara namavali, Slokas, Telugu Ruthuvulu, Thidulu, Samvatsaralu, Navagrahalu, and Number importance.

Telugu Calendar Panchangam also features an event management system, per-event colors, and flexible recurrences. The app is translated into Telugu language, mostly by volunteers.
