An Foclóirí - An Irish language translator tool has been developed for the benefit of all Irish language learners worldwide.

Once installed, it works with all websites, allowing Irish words to be easily clicked and taken to the Irish language learner website for instant translation of that word.

On every website, An Foclóirí is available as an icon on the right-hand side, and clicking on it opens a small window with the translation for that word. 

The icon can also be used as an option in the context menu for a text or paragraph you wish to translate.

By using the An Foclóirí app, you will also be able to learn any word in Irish from any website or website that uses An Foclóirí. 

As well as a link to the Irish language learning website, An Foclóirí also shows the full meaning of the word in a box and in an audio pronunciation.

This is made possible by An Foclóirí using the teanglann.ie website to take your word and turn it into a link to the Irish language learner website.
