For every $30 spent through the app, users will earn a $3 reward to use towards their next purchase. Users can also earn additional rewards by recruiting friends and achieving higher status levels, including Silver, Gold, and Platinum status.

Silver Spoon Status is achieved by spending $100 and receiving a free birthday treat. Gold Spoon Status is achieved by spending $500 and continuing to receive a free birthday treat every year, plus an additional $3 reward. Platinum Spoon Status is achieved by spending $1000 and continuing to receive a free birthday treat every year, plus an additional $5 reward. Users can track their loyalty dollars spent, rewards, and status through the app.

In addition to earning rewards, users can also find their nearest TCBY location, view the menu, and access allergy and nutritional information. Users can also enter a payment method for easy and secure checkout, although this is optional.
