TBB Enkaz Radarı is a free iPhone application developed by Turkiye Barolar Birligi. It is a powerful tool that allows the recording and documentation of every collapsed building, helping to uncover any negligence that may have led to the collapse.

When debris is cleared without proper technical examination, valuable evidence can be lost. The identification of all suspects, determination of their faults, and ensuring that those responsible for the tragedy are held accountable, all depend on the accurate collection of evidence.

By inviting volunteers and our professional colleagues on the ground to create a visual archive for the judicial process, we are able to assist in the collection of evidence. The Enkaz Radarı app is free to use and we encourage everyone in the earthquake-affected areas to participate in this collective effort to ensure justice is served.
