What does Taubat do for daily worship?

Taubat focuses on habit formation and reading support in routine settings. The app provides a Daily Prayer Tracker with streak building and calendar heatmaps for visual progress, plus logging options for on‑time, late, or Qada prayers. It also includes Ramadan and fasting records, a categorized collection of over 100 Doa and Zikir, and Iqra 1–6 modules that guide beginners through Quranic reading steps.

How accurate are prayer times and localised tools?

For users in Malaysia, Taubat uses official JAKIM e-Solat data and automatic location detection to supply prayer times tied to local zones. The app offers customizable Adhan notifications and home‑screen prayer widgets, together with a Qibla compass and Hijri calendar to anchor daily schedules. Those features aim to align routine reminders with recognised national timings for Malaysian zones.

Is privacy respected and does it aid learning?

Taubat emphasises a distraction-free experience: it operates without advertisements and excludes user tracking, creating a private space for worship. Learning aids include Tajweed color-coding, audio recitations from 11 qaris, and a Follow Mode that uses voice recognition to highlight Quranic text as the user recites. The app also offers period-aware tracking that pauses prayer reminders during menstrual cycles, addressing women’s practical needs.

To sum up, Taubat suits users seeking private, structured ritual support

To sum up, Taubat is a practical option for Malaysian worshippers who want a focused, ad-free companion for steady daily practice. One important consideration is platform requirements: the mobile app requires Android 17.0 or higher, which may exclude older devices. The app best fits people prioritizing privacy and daily habit tracking over deep third‑party integrations.
