Talla is a browser-based knowledge base for business. The Talla Chrome extension adds a shortcut to your toolbar, allowing you to quickly add information to your knowledge base. Information is then organized by subject area. Search by typing a keyword, and answers will appear in a list below. Select the answer you want, and it will be added to your knowledge base.

The image section allows employees to quickly find the information they’re looking for. Employees can select to have the image saved to their knowledge base, so if they find it later, they won’t need to dig through the app to find it again.

If you’re searching for information but don’t have a browser open, you can still add the information using an email address or phone number. Just go to Settings, and enter the information, and then search for it.
