The program also provides direct access to the customer's TaHoma application to create rooms and scenes, and it keeps track of all connected installations. Troubleshooting is made easy with the app, as users can view products paired to the customer's installation, access TaHoma error messages, and send a remote intervention request to access the customer's TaHoma installation. The program also enables users to set Zigbee products directly from their mobile, connect to the customer TaHoma to access product settings, and pair control points to motors in just a few clicks.
