Table Tool lets you easily edit CSV files. CSV are a common file format for storing and exchanging tabular data in a standardised way that most applications can access. You can edit existing files, and convert CSV files into other formats. Table Tools can also handle the subtle differences in CSV files that can sometimes throw spreadsheet or database applications off, keeping your data safe. The app would benefit drag and drop capability, however. And the default separator is locked on comma, and cannot be changed.
