Perkus Maximus (PerMa) is a massive overhaul of perk, skill, and gameplay. Hundreds of new perks, spells, and pieces of gear with advanced mechanics are included. In this mod, new gameplay mechanics were implemented, existing ones were enhanced, and all perk trees were rebuilt from the ground up to support the rebuilt mechanics.

Requirements:
Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and SKSE are required by PerMa. The majority of users will also require the JRE (Java Run-Time Environment), version 7 or higher. The JRE is required for Patchus Maximus, a Java-based program that comes with PerMa and must be run on your machine to create large parts of the mod ("the patch") and perform compatibility patching.
