Swarachakra Konkani is a touch-screen keyboard designed for Android devices, allowing users to input text in Konkani. Developed by Swarachakra Team IDC IIT Bombay, this free application provides an intuitive and efficient typing experience.

The keyboard layout is based on the logical structure of Devanagari, with consonants displayed in a grid format. When typing, users can easily input combinations of consonants and matras by selecting them from a chakra, which gives a preview of the possible character combinations. Swarachakra also simplifies typing conjuncts and special characters by providing suggestions and a separate chakra for complete vowels.

To install Swarachakra Konkani, simply click the "Install" button. After installation, enable the keyboard in the device settings under "Language and Input". Swarachakra is compatible with Android 4.0 (ICS) onwards and does not support older versions without Unicode support.
