SWAGAT Online is an innovative platform launched by the Government of Gujarat to enhance grievance redressal through technology. Since its inception in 2003, this free application connects citizens directly with government officials, enabling a transparent and accountable process for resolving issues. The program features monthly sessions led by the Hon. Chief Minister, where unresolved grievances are addressed, ensuring timely resolutions for the citizens of Gujarat.

The application allows users to track the status of their grievances online, promoting good governance and accessibility. By 2008, SWAGAT expanded its reach to cover 248 Sub-District offices, serving over 6.25 million citizens. This initiative exemplifies the effective use of digital communication technologies to foster citizen engagement and improve government responsiveness across the state.
