Surgeon Simulator, developed by Bossa Studios during a Game Jam event, offers players a unique and darkly humorous experience in the world of surgery simulation. Inspired by the board game Operation, this game transforms you into an amateur surgeon tasked with performing open-heart surgery using a variety of realistic surgical tools.

The gameplay of Surgeon Simulator is intentionally challenging, requiring players to control each finger of their hand with a different key on the keyboard while using the mouse to move and spin the tools.
