Related by Hakim and Bayhaqi, from Abu Sa’id (Allah be pleased with him), Whoever recites Surat al-Kahf on Friday, light shall shine forth for him between the two Fridays.

This Surah is called Al Kahf because it is the first Surah in the Quran and it is the last in the Qur’an.

The Surah starts with the following words: “And your Lord said: ‘Write, for you are going to be brought back to me, so that I may give you a reminder on the Day of Resurrection, and give you a good news.’”
