Super Blood Hockey is an arcade game that takes the form of a Canadian style hockey match. Most matches last for just a few minutes and although the matches may start off quite civilised at first, it is not long before the ice rink is covered in the blood of all players, including the referee.

One of the good things about Super Blood Hockey is that gamers do not need to be avid hockey fans to be able to get into the game. in fact, not knowing much about hockey could actually be a bonus, as the game does not really seem to follow the rules of the game or any rules at all in fact. While the main aim of the game is to win the hickey match, this can be done by beating the other team to a bloody pulp just as easily as actually going to the effort of scoring goals and trying to be a good hockey player.

With several different game modes to choose from and plenty of mayhem, Super Blood Hockey is a game that is likely to keep many players on their toes and returning for more brutal action. Although those who do not have a love for gore may well find it too bloody, anyone who has a macabre sense of humour should find plenty to keep them interested.
