When a client sends a message, the item in the list turns green. If there is a tag "(bichanu) não encerrar" in the attendance, the item turns white. If there is a tag "(bichanu) aviso inatividade" or if 10 minutes have passed since the last message, the item turns red. A light brown color is used when the client has viewed the message sent by the attendant and 20 minutes have passed since the last message. A pink color is used when the client has not viewed the message sent by the attendant and 20 minutes have passed since the last message. Finally, the last message within the maximum period of 20 minutes is indicated by a blue color.
