The Stronger Light Sources Reshade mod aims to increase contrast and brightness for your in-game screens by adding more light to the areas in each scenery that are already lit and to decrease the contrast and brightness in the areas that are not.

To install the application, you need to do the following:

Download and install Stronger Light Sources Reshade.

Run the game and choose the preset.

To increase the intensity of the effect, you need to edit the two values that are shown on the screen.
