Strange Night is a premium adventure game for PC by indie developer Labory. It is a first-person psychological horror experience in which players take on the role of personnel at a security firm contracted to watch over an apartment. However, strange things start happening during your night duty.

In Strange Night, a mysterious man hires your security firm to guard her apartment. You will work the night shift, and your duties will include controlling and monitoring cameras installed throughout the house to ensure everything is fine and nothing is amiss.

Occasionally, you will need to perform routine rounds throughout the premises and check everything in person. The game also employs a unique time-bound gameplay mechanic that only lets you play it from ten in the evening to seven in the morning based on your real-world location. All that said, the overall gameplay is rather short and ends a bit too quickly.

Eerie and short

All in all, Strange Night is an okay horror game if you're a fan of the genre and are looking for something to play. It's dark and atmospheric, and the time-bound mechanic is a nice twist. Just don't expect it to last all that long, though. Nevertheless, it's still worth checking out.
