The app seamlessly integrates with the StraboSpot digital data system, an open-source database supported by the National Science Foundation. Data collected in StraboSpot2 can be easily uploaded to a Strabospot.org account or exported locally. Users can enhance their projects by adding custom basemaps or overlays using tools like StraboSpot My Maps, mapwarper, or MapBox Studio, with the option to download basemaps for offline use.
