It's a garage auction and business management simulator wherein players will get to experience bidding on abandoned storage warehouses. They will hunt for surprise finds and treasure that they can sell for a nice profit.

Outbid competitors and improve your appraising skills to get the most out of the more than 1000 items you can find in the game, and find a wealthy collector who will pay the highest for them. 

The latter ties into the other aspect of the game, which is setting up your pawnshop business wherein customers can come in to sell or buy their items from you. All that said, the game could use content and gameplay variety as things start to get dull and repetitive after a while. Also, the pacing and progress are rather slow, which will feel a bit grindy for some players.
