Stop COVID-19 is a free Android application developed by the Ministry of Health in Croatia. The app is designed to slow down the spread of COVID-19 among the population. It works by using Bluetooth technology to exchange random anonymous keys between users' smart devices that are in epidemiologically relevant close contact. The application is based on a service jointly developed by Google and Apple.

The app allows users to receive alerts if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If a user subsequently tests positive for COVID-19, they can choose to share this information through the application using a one-time verification code. The application then determines whether the user has been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person, states the date of the contact, and recommends the next steps. The installation and use of the application do not require user registration, nor is any personal data requested or recorded, nor is the user's geolocation data collected at any time. However, the application is scheduled to be removed from the store in the near future and will cease to function.
