The best thing about Stick Cricket Live 21 is its simple gameplay mechanics and easy-to-understand dashboard. During each match, the player just has to click either the left or the right arrow buttons in anticipation of the ball being thrown by the pitcher. Each successful hit is shown through an animation that displays the distance the ball has traveled and measures the score.

However, the same straightforward mechanics make the game tricky to master. While the instructions are definitely easy to grasp, mastering the timing is a more difficult affair. Newbies will either hit the ball too early or too late, costing them important points. There is a bar on the left side of the screen that appears after each failed hit, showing whether the timing was too early or late.

Beyond that, the game also comes with the option to socialize with your opponents. Through the chat button at the bottom of the screen, you can send either short phrases or emojis to them throughout the match. Options for these are quite limited, though.
