STEMate is an iPhone application developed by INAMA LLC in the Education & Reference category. It is a free program designed to assist researchers in their scientific experiments.

The program offers several useful features to aid in laboratory work. One of its main features is the Customizable PCR Mastermix Calculator, which allows users to choose the coefficients of the normal PCR mix and optional components. Users can also control the reaction volume, the number of samples and controls, and the amount of DNA template to be added.

Another useful tool provided by STEMate is the PCR Kit Mastermix Calculator. This feature provides users with the coefficients of commonly used PCR kits, making it easier to create the mastermix.

The Conversions Calculator is also included in STEMate, allowing users to easily convert between common units for mass, length, temperature, and volume.

Lastly, the Solution Dilution Calculator is a functional tool for any concentration unit or volume.
