StealthSurf VPN is a browser extension designed for Firefox users, providing seamless access to proxy configurations. This subscription-based tool allows for one-click connections to various configurations without the need for extensive setup. It ensures that users can automatically establish and restore proxy connections even after restarting the browser. It supports all types of StealthSurf configurations, including standard, paid options, and private servers, enabling users to switch locations and monitor ping in real time directly within the interface.

The extension features split tunneling, offering flexible traffic routing options. Users can choose between routing all traffic through the proxy, except for specified sites, or selectively routing only certain sites while allowing the rest to connect directly. It uses secure PKCE OAuth for authentication, storing tokens locally for enhanced security. Additionally, the extension checks for updates automatically and displays the current external IP with the country flag, ensuring users are aware of their traffic location.
