Start Hotspot WiFi Root is a mobile hotspot app for Android that offers unique features for controlling bandwidth and creating a mobile hotspot. Developed by Start Hotspot, this app allows users to redirect others to login, sign up, or like a page while also controlling their download and upload speed, session time, and allowed bandwidth quota.

Please note that this app requires a rooted phone to access advanced features such as bandwidth limits per user, SSID configuration, and DNS changes. If your phone is not rooted, the app will still provide basic tethering functionality but will not be able to redirect users to a login page or control bandwidth.

What sets Start Hotspot WiFi Root apart is its ability to redirect users and control bandwidth, making it the only Android app currently offering these features. It is worth mentioning that this app was developed by the same team behind the leading PC-based HotSpot software, with two years of development to ensure its quality.

The free license of Start Hotspot WiFi Root allows for up to three online users. For larger requirements, users can reach out to the developer to discuss custom options. Additionally, if users encounter any difficulties, the developer encourages reaching out for assistance before leaving a rating, as they are committed to providing the best support possible.
