سراج is a developer version of the Kuwaiti e-learning portal "سراج", which is known for its extensive collection of educational activities. The application provides access to textbooks for all grades in public and other types of education. It also offers a wide range of electronic content activities related to the curriculum. These activities include educational pieces, video lessons, worksheets, periodic exams, and assessment questions sourced from the "سراج" portal.

The سراج application is an initiative by the Regional Center for Development of Educational Software (REDSOFT) to leverage communication and information technologies in the development of the educational system.
