SPUApp is a free Android app developed by Serviços e Informações do Brasil in partnership with Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (SERPRO) and Secretaria de Coordenação e Governança do Patrimônio da União (SPU). It offers a digital channel for requests related to federal properties and their occupants/lessees.

Once you have access, you can view the registration data of the properties you occupy and receive information about the possibility of acquisitions and redemption (only for leased properties). You can also check your financial history, avoid the expiration of your lease by keeping your payments up to date, calculate the transfer value and laudêmio, and issue your payment DARFs for ordinary fees/lease in one touch. Additionally, you can request the redemption of your lease and receive banking financing proposals for the value.
