Play as a video game developer 

In DERE EVIL .EXE, players fill the role of a silent hero named Knightly, who must jump, run, and manipulate environments to survive. On the other hand, DERE: Rebirth of Horror precedes the events of the first series, while DERE Vengeance is the third entry in the DERE horror game saga. Meanwhile, Spooky Pixel Hero has its own solo story that is not connected to either of the three games.  

The plot centers on a young and talented video game developer who is recruited by a secret organization. In this game, players assume the role of this developer, assigned to the task of fixing a "decomposing" classic platformer game. While doing your duty, a sidekick called the Advanced Interactive Debug Engine (AIDE) can also help you. However, your job and the game aren’t what they seem.  

As you perform your mission, you can encounter 120 challenging levels filled with deadly traps and puzzles that you must solve to find the hidden exit door key. The further you progress, the more nightmarish the journey becomes, with ghostly glitches and pixelated spirit encounters. However, while the game contains a story, it lacks depth and complexity, making it not ideal for players seeking deep plotlines or purely story-driven gameplay.
