Spider Rope Hero: City Battle is an action game from Zego Global Publishing. As the name suggests, this game stars a superhero that resembles Spider-Man. Your goal is to stop crime and watch over defenseless citizens.

Typical of action-adventure games, Spider Rope Hero: City Battle comes with 3D graphics. Although, you will find that the quality isn't the best. Additionally, while it says the hero looks like Spider-Man, he actually does not look like the popular-wall crawler. Despite the game name, he cannot swing from building to building. To make the experience worse, the app is an ad factory.

What does the game offer?

In Spider Rope Hero: City Battle, you play as a superhero that resembles Spider-Man. Your mission is to protect the citizens of your city from various villains, such as car snatchers, mafia gangsters, and terrorists. To do so, you will have to explore the city. And using your superpowers, you will fight with these enemies to keep the peace in your city.

To explore the streets of your city, you can use the virtual joystick on the left side of your screen. Then, to fight the enemies, use the action buttons on the right to unleash various skills. Although, players will be annoyed to know that the banner ads actually cover buttons. With this, making your character move is difficult. Worse, video ads play almost every time.

Players will also be disappointed to know that the game is nothing like the Spider-Man games. For one, the hero looks nothing like Spider-Man. Also, he cannot swing from his web and uses powers such as laser eyes and grapple hooks. You will also find the missions repetitive. Moreover, the app is quite problematic. The screen blacks out after ads play. Sometimes it even freezes and crashes.

Is the game worth downloading?

All in all, Spider Rope Hero: City Battle is your typical casual game. It has simple mechanics where you complete missions. However, if you are looking for a Spider-Man-like game, you will be disappointed. The hero does not look like the popular superhero, and his powers do not resemble him at all. Also, the app performs poorly. Not to mention the ads that will constantly interrupt you as you play.
