It is an app that helps people with mild to moderate depression to think in a more positive way and get them to do things they enjoy. It is based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or CBT. CBT helps people to get rid of their negative thoughts and feelings. It is based on the idea that the way you think and feel is affected by your environment and your personal history.
