Spacewell Workplace is a free Android app developed by Spacewell, a Nemetschek company. It is an end-user touchpoint of the COBUNDU smart building platform by Spacewell. The app aims to become a reliable source of support for office workers by making it easy to navigate their workplace space and resources.

With Workplace app, users can quickly find and book free rooms or desks, view reservations and occupancy on a floor plan, and save their favorite locations for easy booking later. Additionally, all relevant information is available on the user's personal timeline, and guidance on a floor plan helps users find their way to their booked space. The app also allows users to book a help desk ticket and add a picture if relevant.

The app is currently in development, and soon users can expect personalized suggestions based on their activity, finding colleagues based on desk or meeting room bookings, automatic release of unoccupied spaces, and information about upcoming events, lunch deals, and other useful information.
